Openness to the public, but also to the people in the bank

He started at Česká spořitelna as an expert in recognizing counterfeit banknotes. He was so good at it that he subsequently passed on his skills and knowledge to bank tellers. Then he got his dream job - as an ombudsman, he sought amicable solutions to disagreements between the bank and its clients. However, he considers the work he is doing now to be the highlight of his career. “It was an offer that could not be refused,” says Martin Matras, project manager for the construction of the new headquarters.
